Every couple’s love story is unique, and so is the way we plan your big day. Our Full Planning service is like having a trusted best friend and seasoned expert by your side for up to 12 months, helping with everything from finding the perfect vendors to negotiating contracts, keeping you on track with monthly checklists, and even assisting with guest accommodations. If you’ve already dipped your toes into planning but want a pro to tie it all together, our Partial Planning offers up to 6 months of thoughtful guidance, vendor suggestions, and bi-weekly check-ins to keep everything beautifully on track. And for the couples who’ve done most of the heavy lifting, our Coordination Only option lets us swoop in 6–8 weeks before the wedding to handle the final details and keep the day running effortlessly, so you can simply relax, laugh, and soak in every magical moment.
Full Planning
For couples who want guidance from start to finish. This includes vendor sourcing, contract negotiation, monthly checklists, housing help, and more. Up to 12 months of planning support.
Partial Planning
Perfect if you’ve already started planning but need help bringing it all together. Includes vendor referrals, floor plan assistance, bi-weekly check-ins, and more. Up to 6 months of planning support.
Coordination Only
Ideal for couples who’ve handled most of the planning and just need support in the final stretch. I’ll step in 6–8 weeks before your event to make sure everything runs smoothly.
